Welcome 2013

New year, new goals. Or really, same goals, new year. We just keep moving along.
1) I'm so pleased, I have blogging topics brewing and a new iPad just soaking up all my words. Type type type, snap picture, up load, type. Oooo so addicting.
2) exercise and general physical fitness are on the horizon. I may have mentioned it once or twice here, but I've had some serious hip joint pain since having Xavier. Yes, he's almost a 18 mos old. turns out, my hips we really messed up. I've been going to physical therapy several times a week for the past 6 weeks to fix my hips. The good news is that it's working and my hips pain is way better. So... I can start to work out again and just stand and sleep without my hips hurting. I really did not realize how much it was affecting me and thank goodness it's getting better.
3) I'm looking forward to participating more in our family food prep and meal planning. Brandon does most of the meal planning and cooking at home. He does a great job and i want to jump in a bit more at home. I miss cooking and baking. I'm hoping to bake more, breads, bagels, pretzels. Now that I can stand without my hip bones killing me, let the baking begin!
