PRETTY
Sunsets in Indianapolis have been all shades of bright pink and yellow lately. I just happened to catch this one when I was setting up a desk area in our home office.
Depending on when I leave work, I catch nice pink sunsets, too.
I'm disappointed with the windows in our house because we get a poor amount of sunlight. Our west facing windows are in the boys bedrooms and we miss sunsets from the living area too. Just another poorly designed suburban home from the 80's...
HAPPY
Aidan is turning into a great little artist. His drawings and creations keep getting better everyday. 6 months ago he would get frustrated too easily and not even try to draw an object. His mediums of choice are white paper, markers, tape, and scissors. This pencil drawing are 2 dinosaurs. I'm gathering up his creations and taping them up around my cube at work.
Also happy that my book club book arrived at the library. Hope I can finish it in a couple weeks.
FUNNY
Xavier has been loving the freedom of the young kids play area at the Indianapolis Children's museum. He runs and laughs and plays. It's great to watch. I think we go there again today to just burn off some steam.
REAL
Yesterday I ran up the red flag of mommy distress and our dear friends came quickly to our aide for some emergency babysitting. Brandon and I have a nice evening of computer shopping and dinner, while the boys stayed home. Everyone was tucked in bed and sleeping when we came home. TOTALLY AWESOME!!

I can testify to how stinking adorable X is running around at the museum. And A really just seems so grown up all of a sudden!
