31 Days (Day 10) Nursing/Pumping and Eating at Work


Are you preparing to pump at work?  Check out this post.

Keep snacks at hand.  Healthy snacks.  Don't let yourself get to the point of being super hungry which will drive you to the vending machine and poor choices.  Snacks I found helpful to have at my finger tips, cereal bars, dried fruit, nuts, crackers, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, trail mix.  Watch portion size.  Don't snack out of boredom.  Keep calorie free drinks at hand, like water.
