I'm going out a limb, diving into the most popular nutrition topic. The one that Registered Dietitians, like my self, are often trepidatious to approach because there are so many unqualified 'experts' out there... weight loss. I'm planning to participate with The Nester and her 31 Day series this Oct 2012 by discussing weight loss and wellness for new parents.
Do have little kiddos scurrying around your house, disturbing your sleep, reeking havoc on your schedule, demanding cuddles and attention? Before these little bundles of energy entered your life did you not fully understand why parents would express frustration at not being able to shake the "baby-weight?" Do you find yourself short on energy and time to devote to yourself and your overall well being?
For the 31 days of October, I'll be writing about how we, as harried, exhausted, parents of little ones can work towards the sensible loss of baby-weight and overall wellness.
