My First Mother's Day, 2008

I had a nice Mother's Day yesterday, but I must admit, it was very similar to every other weekend. Brandon treated me to a nice big breakfast, Aidan wanted to tp play all day and there were a couple of gifts (that I picked out at the Vera Bradley sale last weekend.) Just like any other Sunday - I'm pretty well taken care of :)

We didn't get any photos yesterday, so here are a couple od photos from my first Mother's Day. Aidan was a newborn. He was due around Mother's Day, but arrived 5 weeks early. Surprise Mommy!

The new Grandma, Babička (Grandma in Slovak. "Baba" - is how I say it- this is how Google spelled it.) Tia Margarita with Byron in the background.

Since he was so little, we needed to keep a hat on his little head. Me and My Little Bear.

Condo Window Views

Our little downtown condo had great wood working and very large windows that faced the street. It made for good people watching. I also wish I owned the Starbucks across the street because there was always a good flow of foot and car traffic.

I love how this photo is framed in the shot. Brandon is sitting on the deep window ledge but you really can't see any it, just the street scene behind him.
